The younger Jordan, who has played for the Philadelphia 76ers since 2013 after playing college basketball at Arizona State, is now one of the best players in the NBA. However, his brother Michael still remains a legendary player with 14 NBA titles and many accolades under his belt. What makes this interesting is that neither can claim to be better than each other because they are two different people- one old school and one new school respectively.,

Michael Jordan is an NBA legend, but his brother Larry has found success in the league he once dominated. His brother has been playing for the Washington Wizards since 2013. Read more in detail here: larry jordan.

Michael Jordan’s dominance in the NBA is well-known. He is largely regarded as the best player of all time, having won six titles. In addition, he is currently the Charlotte Hornets’ governor. However, MJ isn’t the only Jordan family member who has achieved remarkable success in the NBA. Larry, his younger brother, is also climbing the corporate ladder.

Michael Jordan and his younger brother Larry seem to share a particular bond.

Michael Jordan is the youngest of five children, although his elder brother Larry is just 11 months his senior, therefore the two seem to have had a strong relationship as children.

Larry, like Michael, was an athlete. He just did not grow up to be 6-foot-6-inches tall; instead, he stands at 5-foot-8.

“I’m sure Michael would have been known as Larry’s brother if Larry had been 6-2 instead of 5-7,” their high school coach Pop Herring said, according to Biography.com. “Larry was so driven and so competitive an athlete that if he had been 6-2 instead of 5-7, I’m sure Larry would have been known as Larry’s brother instead of Larry always being known as Michael’s brother.”

When the older Jordan was a senior and MJ was a junior, Larry and Michael even shared the floor during one season of high school basketball. Michael also chose his iconic No. 23 jersey that year, while Larry wore 45 on varsity and the same number on JV. As a result, when MJ moved up, he divided it in half (or at least close to it).

According to ESPN, “that’s when his play really ascended to another level.” “He very much played all five positions despite the fact that there were only five players on the court.” His level of play was just unmatched by the rest of us. People often ask whether it upset me, but I can honestly reply that it did not since I had the chance to see his development. I was aware of how hard he toiled.”

Michael went on to play for the North Carolina Tar Heels after high school and then went on to become one of the best players in NBA history with the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards. Larry, on the other hand, was a member of the Chicago Express during the World Basketball League’s one and only season, 1988, according to Bleacher Report.

However, he is currently having success in the NBA.

Larry Jordan has been promoted by the Charlotte Hornets.

Larry Jordan and others were promoted by the Charlotte Hornets, who are owned by Michael Jordan. Larry was promoted to Vice President of Player Personnel from Director of Player Personnel. Larry began working in his previous post in 2013, after previously serving as Director of Special Projects, according to Yahoo Sports.

He seems to have done some outstanding work inside the company as well. Larry was commended earlier in 2021 by Buzz Peterson, who was just named to Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations and Assistant General Manager by the Hornets, for his involvement in bringing in LaMelo Ball and other recent draft choices.

To Sports Illustrated’s All Hornets, Peterson stated, “I’ve got to give Larry a lot of credit for keeping on top of the scouts.” “It’s going to be a long season.” There’s also incentive, the need to submit reports, and intelligence reports. He’s always keeping an eye on five or six men – not every day, but many times a week. ‘How did that game turn out? What did you notice? ‘What are your plans for the future?’ There’s a lot that goes into their reports, according to their reports.”

Now, it looks like Michael, Larry, and others are putting the Hornets on the right track.

The Hornets, led by Michael Jordan, look to be on the right track.

Since Jordan became the majority governor in 2010, the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets have had minimal success. They’ve only made it to the playoffs twice, both times losing in the first round. In that time, they’ve also experienced nine losing seasons.

The Hornets improved from 23-42 in 2019-20 to 33-39 last season, reaching the NBA Play-In Tournament after selecting LaMelo Ball, the 2020-21 Rookie of the Year. So far in 2021-22, they’ve started 8-7, with victories against the Brooklyn Nets and the Golden State Warriors.

It’s taken a long time for Michael Jordan — and his brother Larry — to turn the Hornets around, but they look to be on their way to the top.
