The NFL has been a long, cold situation for the Oakland Raiders. They were once one of the league’s model franchises, with two Super Bowl wins in their history and another on the horizon before it all came crashing down amid backroom deals that included alleged skullduggery from Al Davis himself. The franchise is now deader than Elvis Presley; but not without leaving behind some legacy fans who still hold out hope they can return to prominence like they did when Jerry Rice was playing wide receiver and father time had yet to be invented. Instead- Kyler Murray entered his first career start at quarterback as an 18 year old sensation during Week 1 of this season–and won by over three touchdowns! Not only was it his first victory as a professional football player, but he also became just the second rookie ever in NFL history (along with Johnny Unitas) to win 14 regular season games or more while throwing less than 10 interceptions.

Kyler Murray is one of the most exciting players in the NFL. He has a lot of fans, and he has been able to make a name for himself with his impressive winning streak. In Week 5, Kyler Murray had a bounce-back game against the Cowboys at Jerry World. He was able to lead his team back from a 14 point deficit at halftime.

Kyler Murray Continues His Impressive Winning Streak at Jerry World With Bounce-Back Game Against the Cowboys: ‘I Can’t Lose’

The Arizona Cardinals rallied back after dropping three consecutive games with a big win against the Dallas Cowboys. Kyler Murray recovered his form at Jerry World, his home away from home. The third-year quarterback had never lost at AT&T Stadium until the Week 17 game. He couldn’t have asked for a more ideal location to get the Cardinals back on track.

Kyler Murray has never lost at AT&T Stadium.

Kyler Murray is a household name in Texas owing to his illustrious high school football career. Before going to Texas A&M, the Bedford, Texas native was a standout at Allen High School.

Under the bright lights at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, the 2014 Gatorade Football Player of the Year has completely dominated his opponents. Murray’s enthralling run continued with another another magnificent effort.

Murray now has a 9-0 record at Jerry World, going back to his high school days, after defeating the Dallas Cowboys 25-22. The Arizona Cardinals’ quarterback spoke about keeping his unbeaten record going after the victory.

“When I go home, I feel like I can’t lose,” Murray remarked, according to the Cardinals’ official website. “That’s the mindset.” That’s exactly how I’m feeling. I’m not sure what it is, whether it’s the fantastic crowds or the massive stadiums. But it’s a huge game when you play at Cowboys Stadium. That’s how I’m getting a sense of it.”

The two-time Pro Bowler threw for 263 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions on 26 of 38 pass attempts. Murray received a 105.5 percent passing grade.

Kyler Murray and the Cardinals played their best complete game in a long time after losing their early-season spark.

The Cardinals beat the Cowboys, which was a much-needed win.

The Arizona Cardinals have been compared to the 2020 Pittsburgh Steelers at times. Kliff Kingsbury’s team began the 2021 NFL season with an unexpected 7-0 record. The second half of the season, on the other hand, hasn’t been quite as kind. The wheels had come off the rails by Week 17.

Arizona, on the other hand, shown resilience by defeating the Dallas Cowboys. With a field goal from Matt Prater, the Cardinals took the lead and never looked back.

Considering they were missing two important players in DeAndre Hopkins and James Conner, Kyler Murray and the offense put on a fantastic performance. Murray and Chase Edmonds spearheaded the running assault, which outgained the Cowboys (127 rushing yards) (45 yards).

Antoine Wesley, a wide receiver, had a critical breakthrough effort for the offense. Four throws for 30 yards and two scores were grabbed by the Texas Tech product.

The Cardinals’ defense, led by Budda Baker and Chandler Jones, had a fantastic game. The defense battled head-to-head with the league’s top offense, holding them to only 22 points and 301 total yards.

With so many uncertainties about whether or not the Cardinals could compete in the postseason, they answered the call. Even yet, it’s hard to say if this game was more about Arizona or Dallas.

Is it possible that Arizona might be better suited playing in the NFL playoffs on the road?

The Arizona Cardinals climbed to 11-5 on the season with their win against the Cowboys. Kliff Kingsbury and the team are presently the NFC’s 5-seed, with a crucial showdown against the Los Angeles Rams looming in the season finale.

After a late victory against the Baltimore Ravens, the Rams are 12-4 and in first place in the NFC West. By virtue of the head-to-head tiebreaker, Arizona can still win the division if it defeats LA in Week 18.

The Cardinals will get at least one home game in the playoffs if they win the NFC West. As bizarre as it may seem, this may not enhance their prospects of making a deep run.

While home-field advantage is crucial in the playoffs, Kyler Murray and his teammates have performed significantly better on the road in 2021. They’re 8-1 on the road, compared to 3-4 in Glendale’s State Farm Stadium.

It’s still tough to get a decent read on this club, even after the big victory against Dallas. How are they able to perform so well on the road while laying eggs at home?

The Cardinals must hope that this win provides them with some momentum as they prepare for the playoffs. When Kyler Murray plays like an MVP and the defense plays like a top-5 team, Arizona is difficult to defeat.

Unfortunately, this team’s inconsistency makes it difficult to trust in the playoffs.

Micah Parsons of the Cowboys is attempting to make history while solidifying his case for NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
