Hi, I’m Tyler. I’m currently in high school and I’m an avid gamer. Since getting a new laptop, I can’t seem to get my game to run as smooth as I want to. I’m running a laptop that’s 7 years old and I’m at college, so I really want to get the best out of this laptop. I’ve tried various programs, but nothing seems to work. This is the laptop the sportsvision team uses to record videos, so I’m hoping to get some help. I already posted about this issue on the xda forums, but I didn’t get much help. Here is what I’ve done so far, I have: -Wiped the computer with a tech wipe -Inst

Change the Engine System File
Open the “Engine.ini” file in Notepad by right-clicking on it. Then, at the conclusion of the text, add the following sentences and save it:

RayTracing=0 AllowLandscapeShadows=0 r. Tonemapper. GrainQuantization=0 r r r r r r r r r r Tonemapper. Quality=0Change the game’s user settings
Right-click the “GameUserSettings.ini” file and go down to the [ScalabilityGroups] group. Then, under it, change all of the statements to the following ones and save it:
[ScalabilityGroups] sg.ResolutionQuality=85.000000 sg.ViewDistanceQuality=2 sg.AntiAliasingQuality=2 sg.ShadowQuality=1 sg.PostProcessQuality=0 sg.TextureQuality=4 sg.EffectsQuality=1 sg.EffectsQuality=1 sg.EffectsQuality=1 sg.EffectsQuality=1 sg.E FoliageQuality=1Edit the System File for Scalability
Finally, open the “Scalability.ini” file in Notepad by right-clicking on it. This file should be empty at this point, so simply add the lines below and save it:

“Bless Unleashed is a 3rd party mod for League of Legends that increases the FPS of any game. It is a PBE version that works on all the PBE servers. The PBE servers are the fastest servers for all games, because they are tested by the developers themselves. They are also the only servers that don’t require an internet connection and are loaded with tested features (multiplayer, bots, etc.).”.
